The soft kicks, chorus vocals and fast bongos create the atmosphere of a wild bonfire celebration. In ‚Western Frequencies‘ a more calm, relaxing and melodic approach was made use of. Boogie Vice & Pierre Johnson give us sleepy drive to do wander out on a mystic night walk through northern forest. Ava Irandoost then sends us more east. The oriental female vocals of ‚Reminisce‘ make clear we are in the near east. Underlined by strong rattling subs and noises breaking in, it comes across like a sandstorm. Finally ‚Liminal‘ makes us go further to the east by the tension inflaming sitar solos, which dissolves into fast and heavy beats as well as growling drums.
