The Trinity Rose Foundation in Medina, Ohio has attracted some big name artists to help them raise awareness and money in their fight against childhood eye disorders and blindness. The project, organized by 870 Records in Nashville, is a 10-track compilation CD that includes The Bacon Brothers, Mike Biggar, Stephen Davey, Roy Orbison, Ellis Paul and Jeff Smith. The Trinity Rose Foundation was founded by Richard and Stacy Bonitz after they were told their youngest child, Trinity Rose, was blind and that doctors would do all they could to save her sight. After seven years, the organization has helped people across the United Stated and around the world with over 90 percent of all donations going directly to help in their mission. Their mission is broken down into three parts: - Provide financial aid for families with children that are blind or suffering from severe vision issues - Fund medical research to find a cure - Provide educational resources and opportunities to communicate with others going through similar situations With this CD, you're getting great music while supporting a wonderful cause.
