Curve is to be the eighth studio album by Canadian alternative rock band Our Lady Peace (OLP), set to release on April 3, 2012. Production of the album began in January 2010, and it will be completed by early 2012. Curve's first single, "Heavyweight", was released on December 20, 2011. Lead singer Raine Maida has called the music from Curve "more experimental and ambitious" than the band's 2000 concept album Spiritual Machines. The album's cover features Canadian heavyweight boxer George Chuvalo. (As of February 2012, a potentially complete tracklist of up to 9 songs has been revealed from several sources. Lead singer Raine Maida confirmed in an early February interview that there were "9 or 10 songs" on Curve.)
