Los Angeles-based alternative-pop duo, Lady & Jones announce the release of their second single, “Our Story of Beauty,” from their debut self-titled EP. The track is about the struggle one is faced with when found in a war of dueling thoughts regarding the ethics of finding a soul mate while still in a relationship with someone else. “You are the moon and stars, our story of beauty, but not one our worlds will see,” the duo sings. It is a pop ballad cemented together with piano, luscious strings, and tight harmonies. Lady & Jones is comprised of husband and wife, Matthew and Amber Jones. The Ohio natives have known each other since age six and have been singing and writing songs together for over 10 years now. They gained traction from fans and began receiving requests to perform at banquets, dinner parties, and weddings. Both Amber and Matthew trained at the Capital University Conservatory of Music in Columbus, Ohio. In 2014, the duo made their big move to Los Angeles, CA to pursue their music careers. While in California the two began to write their own music for the first time, and partnered with The Record House to produce their EP Lady & Jones.
