
Not Sorry
Los Angeles-based alternative-pop duo, Lady & Jones announce the release of their new single, “Not Sorry,” from their debut self-titled EP. The track about a toxic relationship that has reached its boiling point, and neither individual feels remorseful about hurting the other, “After the hell I’ve been through, I can’t feel badly for you,” the duo sings. Though heavy in lyrical content, the song boasts strong harmonies and upbeat instrumentals that make it an effervescent pop track. Lady & Jones is comprised of husband and wife, Matthew and Amber Jones. The Ohio natives have known each other since age six and have been singing and writing songs together for over 10 years now. They gained traction from fans and began receiving requests to perform at banquets, dinner parties, and weddings. Both Amber and Matthew trained at the Capital University Conservatory of Music in Columbus, Ohio. In 2014, the duo made their big move to Los Angeles, CA to pursue their music careers. While in California the two began to write their own music for the first time, and partnered with The Record House to produce their EP Lady & Jones.
