Tony Christie Announces Special ‘Made in Sheffield’ Autumn Shows with Dublin's Vicar Street venue on the list! Tony Christie, one the UK’s most timeless and classic artists of our time, is pleased to announce he will play live at Vicar St on 16th Nov ’08 to co-incide with the release of his highly anticipated album ‘Made In Sheffield’. ‘Made In Sheffield’ will be released on 3rd November 2008, and features 3 generations of Sheffield most beloved contemporary artists, musicians and song-writers. The album was produced by Richard Hawley and contains songs written by, Jarvis Cocker, Alex Turner, Phil Oakey, Richard Hawley, and Tony Christie himself. For these special live dates Tony Christie’s band will feature the musicians from the Richard Hawley band.
