None of its remixes or B-sides are rare, or even very necessary: the seven-plus-minute mix of Stain's "Ausländer" robs the original of its rage, and a cover of Al Green's "Love and Happiness" (originally on the 1991 EP Biscuits) remains unremarkable. The live version of "Cult of Personality" and the "What's Your Favorite Color" remix were added to the 2002 Vivid reissue, and live, acoustic takes on "Nothingness" and "Leave It Alone" are from a 1993 Holland date that's also previously available. "Solace of You" will always be a gorgeous song, and the stripped-down version here is that. But it's not enough to justify this comp, which offers cobbled-together artwork, scanty liner information, and material that's already available and generally marginal.
