It features the Tangerine Dream lineup of Edgar Froese, Conrad Schnitzler, and Klaus Schulze (his only album with Tangerine Dream). This CD, while very strong in many ways, has some serious flaws. It is about as far from e-music as it gets but still shows promise at the same time. Wildly experimental timbres, passages, and textures dominate this sound world. It is definitely a rock & roll effort and decidedly avant-garde. And at the same time it is very accessible. It is hard to dislike this CD. It is very similar to the music of Pink Floyd and Amon Düühl of the same era.
