Wayra es mi nombre, mensajero del Gran Espíritu a través del Sonido, sin palabras, a través del Viento… Aunque he vivido la Bendición de haber podido tocar la flauta nativa americana en los hermosos lugares que adornan este cd, este es un trabajo grabado en un año en que lo más lejos que he ido ha sido a 50 km de mi casa en Madrid. Mucha gente cree que para conocerse a si mismo tiene que viajar a lugares lejanos. Otros viajábamos para huir de nosotros mismos. El año en que mejor “me he conocido” y he despertado ha sido el año que no he salido de Madrid, donde están mis raíces actuales. Las canciones de este disco relatan mi Gran Viaje, no a través del mundo a miles de kilómetros, sino dentro de mi, de mi Corazón a través del día a día. Estas canciones están inspiradas en pequeños momentos sagrados… que puedes encontrar en una mirada, en una sonrisa de segundos, una tarde de merienda con una amiga, sentimientos hacia personas que amas… un sinfín de aventuras que saborear mientras avanzas en pos de tus metas, enriqueciendo tu camino de esos momentos que insuflan energía para hacer todos tus sueños realidad. Although I have been Blessed to play the native American flute in the beautiful places pictured in this CD I have recorded it during a year in which I only had to travel 50 Km from my home in Madrid. Many people think that to get to know oneself you have to travel to distant places whist others travel to escape from themselves. In the past I travelled far for this reason. The year in which I awoke and got to “know myself” was the year in which I didn´t leave Madrid, where my roots are in this current life. The songs in this album tell of my Great Journey, not travelling thousands of kilometres around the world but inside myself and my heart, day to day. The songs are inspired in small sacred moments that can be found in a look, in a brief smile, in an afternoon snack with a friend, feelings towards people you love... endless adventures to enjoy whilst you progress in search of your goals, that enrich your journey with energy to make your dreams come true.
