Heart of Texas Records is pleased to team Traditional Country artist Justin Trevino with his long time friends The Quebe Sisters on a great gospel song and a standard from the Cindy Walker catalog. "The Son Shines Down On Me" and "Blue Bonnet Lane" are great favorites that are given a unique sound as Grace, Hulda and Sophia Quebe join Heart of Texas Recording Artist Justin Trevino in the Heart of Texas Recording Studio. The gospel song "The Son Shines Down On Me" is a powerful song telling of God's love for his children while "Blue Bonnet Lane" reminds you of a drive down a Texas road with a loved one whose eyes look like a flower. "We have been friends for a long time." Trevino recently said. "I had always wanted to record both their vocals and great fiddle sounds at the studio. We chose two of our favorite tunes and I am so proud of the result. These ladies are so talented and we captured a great sound that day in the studio." Members of the Heart of Texas "A" Team were brought together with the Quebe Sisters beautiful fiddles including Jim Loessberg on drums, Randy Reinhard on piano and steel guitar and Justin rounding out the musicians on bass, electric and rhythm guitar. Justin Trevino and The Quebe Sisters have certainly made their marks in keeping Traditional Country Music alive. Teaming them up together just makes us enjoy their music that much more.
