In its first week for sale, "Beyond Any Form" sold an unprecedented amount of albums not seen in Iran's music industry for the last 20 years. This is the first time Tahmoures and Homayoun have collaborated. "Beyond Any Form" features eight different song styles never before introduced into world music. He has composed for fifteen albums covering six genres of music, participated in the Avignon festival at the age of 15, won first honors among Young Iranian Talents at age 14, and performed with the Shams Ensemble at the most celebrated concert halls of Iran starting at age 12. Today, Homayoun Shajarian is among the most successful and famous Iranian musicians with millions of fans in Iran and around the world. When asked about the new album, Homayoun said, "I like this CD more than the twelve other CDs that I have sang on." Taking on a new musical style as the vocalist for Tamoures Pournazeri's traditional Iranian music, Homayoun's talent as a vocalist shows to the highest degree.
