One of our favourite new acts this year has been 15 year-old Sody, aka Sophie Dyson. We’ve even had the privilege of premiering one of her tracks, knowing full well the potential she has a future pop star. Her Youth EP proves why she’s just that – on top of the two great tracks she’s given us already, there’s a power-packed performance on the mid-tempo Settle Down, and a gorgeous little ballad in the form of Violet World. What’s clear through it all is her supreme talent and tremendous charisma – if this is her in Youth, imagine what she’ll be like in future.
