Sounds Like Combine Maroon 5 with John Mayer, perhaps throw in a little Jason Mraz and Bruno Mars, and you may have something similar to Aaron Chase’s brand of pop. Aaron believes that just because a song is catchy, doesn’t mean it can’t be musically stimulating; just because you remember the lyrics, doesn’t mean they can’t be deep; just because someone is a singer songwriter, doesn’t mean they don’t take guitar solos and most importantly, just because we call it “pop,” doesn’t mean it isn’t awesome. Bio Born outside of Boston, MA, I was surrounded by music from the beggining. As a baby, I was often toted to recording studios when my parents couldn't find a baby sitter and by the time I was 5 my dad had built a commercial recording studio of his own. I took to it imediately, pretending to work the faders and playing the instruments when the studio wasn't in use. Growing up, my aspiriations were a bit unpredictable, my innitial ambition in music was with the trumpet, then as a rapper/producer, in high school I learned to play guitar, finaly in college I declared myself a recording engineer/producer. In hindsight, I was fascinated with songwriting from the beggining, but it wasn't until halfway through my 2nd year at Berklee College of Music that I figured it out. I gave up my pursuit of a career as a guitarist and producer, and began to truly study the craft of song writing.
