The opener "High" is a pop song disguised beneath some crunchy, catchy guitar riffage. "Average American" is a biting commentary on the lack of acceptance among Middle America's conservative base. Punk rock in the vein of the Clash. "Sleep" is a bit of a tribute to early 90's Alt-Rock superheroes such as Soundgarden. The acoustic number "Into The Water" ends the EP with a simple story of devotion between two lovers who have been through it all, yet still face the future with love in their hearts.
