I started writing these songs in 2008 for my niece and nephew and then the rest popped into my head when my own son came along in 2010. Some are written in 2017. They are all songs I've sung to him over the years and I wanted to document them. It's great to release them, so I can start writing more and I have some educational songs planned... Yellow Bumble Bee was written in 2008 and my husband illustrated and animated a little video for it. I uploaded it to Youtube and it's very popular! It was also played at Dolly Parton's theme park, Dollywood on their 'Busy Bees' ride for over a year, which made me very happy as I'm a big fan. I hope you enjoy this CD. I love writing children's songs. They are pure of heart and optimistic and that is how I like to see the world...
