It's one thing to give a bunch of music scribblers a record, only to have them complain the label released the wrong singles. It's another entirely to give them a whole bucket load of new material and tell them to work it out themselves. DIY Towers has taken to the task with serious faces, and after some intensive listening and a few 'disagreements' we've come up with this - 'The Future Is Medieval (DIY Edition). Our thought process is pretty simple. Like any decent album, we've approached it in an old fashioned vinyl fashion. The first five tracks comprise Side A, the second Side B. While in digital times this may almost seem quaint, where 'The Future Is Medieval' is concerned it works surprisingly well; the first half closer to the Kaiser Chiefs you know, the second a band in a more 'experimental' mood.
