This compilation features most, but not all, of her singles, and a select number of album tracks. If the track listing was in chronological order, one could note Chara's voice as it progresses from chirpy pop starlet to something deeper, huskier, and more interesting. As it is, every other song pops out as worthy. Songs from her fourth album, Happy Toy, embrace rock, R&B, soul, and funk more than before, from the title track to the excellent Motown of "Atashi nande" — one of her best singles, and one that fully shows her range.
