This is healing music featuring a live recording of a singing bowl performance. The overtones of the singing bowls are said to be very effective for relaxing the mind and body. We use rare full moon bowls for the singing bowls. We perform with the hope that these sounds might help someone to momentarily let go of stress or feel a little lighter from daily fatigue.
