Our South Korean talent Plutian is back on ESE with another atmospheric, mystical journey of a production showing us why the far east isn't to be forgotten when it comes to great Uplifting Trance. First beginning with dramatic pads and stereophonic effects, 'Ashgray' features a gritty, driving main bass-line that carries a clean, powerful groove on top of floaty counter melodies and an excellent main theme, complemented by warm strings in the grand breakdown section. Offering an extra energy boost to the original is Englishman Mark Dior, who quickly builds up intensity with tough, rolling bass-lines and soaring leads alongside well balanced pads and ethereal textures.
