This is a decent if rather incomplete introduction to legendary British rockers, Traffic. The early recordings are fairly documented with "Pearly Queen," "40,000 Headmen," "Feelin' Alright," "John Barleycorn (Must Die)," "Medicated Goo," etc. Highlights are the Welcome To The Canteen live version of "Dear Mr. Fantasy"? that sprawls to almost 11 minutes with Dave Mason playing the hell out of his guitar, "Light Up Or Leave Me Alone," and of course, "the Low Spark Of High Heeled Boys." Recommended as a most basic introduction to a band that was anything but basic.
