Metazoon is a work commissioned by the architecturals office Brandlhuber and Kniess for their spectacular Loft Building in Cologne in 1999. Here Christopher Dell transposes structural codes of the building into compositional codes of the music. The result is a tour de force through the possible realm of the crossover of electronic music and live instrumental playing.
