CIVIL DEFENCE PROGRAMME is the project of R. Semsroth and A. Friedrich. The songs have previously been released on very limited cassettes some years ago and are now available on vinyl/digital for the first time. The SLEEPARCHIVE tracks have never been released before, but "Fifty Fences" has become a popular tune in Sleeparchive's live sets in the past years. The version featured here was recorded live at Club Josef in Berlin on 15.10.2009.
