On Somethin' Extra Dave teams up with the amazing vocal talents of Jenna G. Jenna is a singer with the Phuturistix collective and was the vocalist for drum and bass act Uncut, who had a hit single with Midnight. Additionally Jenna is a radio DJ for BBC 1Xtra, catch her show with co-presenter Twin B on Saturdays 12 noon - 2pm. Together Dave and Jenna have produced the sassy soul-funk bomb Somethin' Extra, which in its demo form has been receiving support at the Co-op club and from DJs such as Bugz In The Attic, Mr Scruff and Kyoto Jazz Massive. Alongside radio support on BBC 1Xtra by J Da Flex (who gave the track 3 rewinds when he first played it), Benji B (BBC 1Xtra), Patrick Forge (Kiss FM) and Kev Beadle (Solar Radio). This accessible soulful production is set to be more than just an underground hit.
