The trademark Trix Pump is on full display here as booming bass is punctuated by taiko chant and punchy kick drum, all clothed in lush, deep atmospherics and a rich string arrangement. If you need a tension builder in your set, "Subtext" is exactly the one. "Sky Falls Away" is a Deep House beauty, given a 10/10 rating by no less than Fernando Ferreyra. It starts with a buzzy buildup full of zipping effects that settles into a gorgeous piano and pad groove. There's loads of spacey ping-ponging goodness in here, perfect for turning the floor or your headphones into a far galaxy. The highlight of the track is the breakdown, where swelling strings and crystalline bells perfectly cap the experience.
