'J.A.R.' is John Cliff Martini and Richard Lawrence Doyen, which we narrowed down to J.A.R. for 'John and Rich'. We come from 2 very distinct musical backgrounds, with a myriad of influences and a gender gap that has only made our music much more exciting! Our musical roots and musical journey to the point of our teaming up, has been fortuitous and extremely rewarding. Bringing a freshness to our writing that gives us both great joy in creating music that we are happy with; music we feel needs to be shared with the world! Sit back, don't judge, listen to our songs and in doing so, maybe we will have touched others and gained some fans! We love what we do, we love getting together and creating music... our music, J.A.R. music!
