Spring is house music's busiest time of year as we all know but that didn't deter us one bit from releasing a straight up springtime body Jacker. Oh Girl is a tight little three track release from Bruno Browning with remixes from Drizzle Music's Middle Rhythm and Plushouse boss man Sean Patrick. Bruno's Original Mix starts us off with a proper four on the floor rhythm track that is stripped down in all the right places. Browning then weaves a nasty bass line that's dripping with funk to finish up this cuts funk foundation. Next a clavinet is morphed and twisted a bit to add the next layer of goodness. Finally Bruno adds a favorite vocals from his youth and that's all that's needed to make this one a big o' slice of funk. Straight off his chart burning Long Way EP on Drizzle Music, Middle Rhythm's Mix just picks up where he left off...on fire. Another four on the floor track with some extra twisting of the bits here and there just to make it his own. This mix will have you Jackin your body all night long. Last but certainly not least is our man Sean Patrick of Plushouse's Remix. As always Sean comes correct and if this remix is any indication of the 2013 he's going to have one hell of a year. The rhythm track is spot on, the vocals are stripped down to perfection and everything seems straightforward that is until you hear the ridiculously nasty synthline that Mr. Patrick decided to lay on us. Sean's synthline becomes the star of his mix and puts a nice little exclamation point on this release. Everywhere April 2013.
