We are Artifacts, this is who we are and this is our story. After years of jamming and wanting to produce music, Zach Gailes and Christian Logue went on the long and seemingly endless search to find who they were, not only as musicians, but as people and working it into their sound. Even more daunting was the task of finding others like them to meld perfectly together. It was only natural that long time friend and jam partner Dany Annous join in on vocals. With the soul of the group beginning to form and a passion building, they continued. Once seeing a jam written by a friend and fellow musician Matt Ervin it was clear that he had the talent and heart the band needed to be successful and was invited into the group. Like the trio before him it was obvious he had the drive and passion shared by his band mates, further fueling the fire of love toward music they all shared. Continuing on progressively toward their way to becoming a true band Anshuman Goswami of Upon Reflection joined them filling the vacant guitar slot. It was clear from the beginning that he was truely talented and well versed with his instrument but what was unseen was the perfect fit and final piece of the puzzle that he was to Artifacts. All five of the members have a place, a role that can't just be filled in. It was the perfect outfit for the band to express itself. The five of them together are pieces to a whole that can't be replicated, they are Artifacts. Our goal is not fame, nor fortune, nor idolhood. We make music for you to feel. Feel love. Feel anger. Feel sad. Feel grief. Feel like you have someone there for you. We do what we do because we love to, and we invite you to share with us. Message us, share a story, happy or sad.
