FREESTYLEs newest album, "mga kwentong kinakanta" is a labor of love. This album also introduces their latest addition to the family, Ava Santos. The album is a self-produced Independent album. All songs were composed by the band. Since they also wanted to promote pure Pinoy music, all songs are in Tagalog or Tag-lish. Their music has often been categorized as pop, R&B and a little pop-jazz. But genres nowadays are quite challenging to define. There are so many nuances to music that putting a label could limit their possibilities. So, as a matter of branding their type of music, Its only fitting to consider their music fun, party and pop.
