Demo甲」是风籁坊2008年11月24日发行的首张EP，以最基本的同步录音录制而成，剪贴印刷手折歌词，实体仅制作500张（已绝版）。 吉他Feedback缓飙演奏曲「Deco2」；抑郁狂暴的「撕裂」；初试啼声的河洛念歌「林家事志」，纪录了地方家族的迁徙历史；扬风而起，疗愈人心的万年「蒲公英」，诉说了一段纯真丧失的历程。终曲「重工业」，诙谐挑动了文明冲击自然环境的反思。 The Taiwanese independent band Windmill’s first EP, “Demo Jia” (“Demo 1”), was recorded by Noiz Studio Yi-Jun Wu and released on November 24th, 2008, with a limited edition 500-copy CD run complete with scissor-cut hand-folded lyrics. The E.P. launches with the guitar-feedback driven instrumental track “Deco2,” then segways into the stark/intense slow core ballad “Tear.” The lyrics of the third track, “The Lin Family Story,” are “Hoklo/Taiwanese” and recount a historical description of the singer Lin’s family filtered through the eyes of a young narrator trying to make sense of their memory and identity within a larger family unit. The fourth track “Dandelion” is a fan favorite that weaves between the bittersweet adolescent swings of optimism and pessimism, of experience and loss of innocence. The E.P. closes with “Heavy Industry,” a lighthearted energetic track about the impact to nature earth of human civilization.
