Being an old-school gamer and child at heart, the sound fit like a puzzle piece to the standard I wanted to set myself for this mixtape. The nickname "Margo" is simply an abbreviated version of my last name that's been passed down from my father. The name came naturally from my friends at a young age, just as it did with his friends back in the day. Speaking of young age, I've been doing music for as long as plenty of famous artists out there have, I just started at a younger age (I'm 19 now). I had no expectations from anyone for this project considering the only promotion I had was my high school and the vastness of the internet, which is almost impossible to be found from unless you use a thousand hashtags, plus it's my first official release as well. Hopefully after this drop, I'll have new demands. I released 3 songs on Soundcloud to give, what little fanbase I've gained in the past year from showing previous demos to anyone I could, just a small taste of what I'm capable of. I took my time with this because I know I only get one first impression. I treated this mixtape like I'm Link from Zelda and I've only got one heart left.
