"Rivers" is Ike Ndolo's second studio album. It is quite the departure from his first record "We are the Beggars." The first track "Riverside" really sets the tone for Ike's new sound. The song starts with a rootsy riff played on the banjo which gives it a real "folk" feel, until Ike's voice comes in and all of a sudden it's an old bluesy gospel song. The lyrics are honest and personal as Ike shares a bit of himself in every song. This record will have your attention from start to finish
