In some ways this album is over 50 years in the making. The Charades have become an icon in the California Central Valley performing and recording with many musicians and in many styles. The idea of this CD was a compilation of many songs and musicians that have been a part of The Charades. Most of the songs are original and is some cases songs started years ago and not finished until now. We have gathered members past and present to record a diverse song list that represents all the styles that have been part of the group over these many years.If you like doo wop, soul, rock & roll, country or jazz, there is something here for you. I got The Charades to overdub some parts on the basic track so I would have something to convince Marvin to finish the track.
