Willie Johnson was born in North Carolina. Coming up through the school years, he always had a love for music. He has traveled through parts of America, and South America. He entered ministry in 1986.From there he began to grow in the knowledge of the Bible. In later years He was established as assistant Pastor of the Maranatha Church in West Haven Connecticut, for two years. After which he became Pastor, and was pastor for four Years. He was instrumental in establishing community supports such as ministry for the unchurched. going into the community to find the lost. The drug addicts, the homeless. In 1989 he established G.L.C.C.Godly Leaders' Community Committe. A community service designed to bring Christian Leaders together, in order to blanket society city wide for the cause of Christ. It was very effective! Some years later He formed a Contempory local singing Group called "The Chosen". They traveled locally along the east cost of the U.S.A. For approximately two and a half years. After this, Willie moved to Florida, and lived there for ten years. From there he launched his first solo album "Power of the Cross" which was a big hit. People love his style, his sound; and his commitment to having nothing less than the ultimate worship experience.
