Duckhunter presents the 11-th release on Elastic Gun - Tiles EP. A deeply melancholic, coldblooded, psychedelic and mysterious sound lures in the listener to take an emotional journey through the sound in space. The EP begins with a a deep and dark "Tempel Dust" - the tune works like a lock and key mechanism for the rest of the tracks on the EP. "Tiles" rolls in with a clean cut groove implementing some witchcraft style sound design - a dark voice preaches to the external listener enchanting phrases that strike straight through to the bone.. Next "Sambooka" fills in the acoustical space with another even more powerful emerging vocal line used in combination with psycho-tonic frequencies that cause excessive euphoria and pleasure on the dance-floor at loud decibels. The movement of hi-hats and reverberating texture sounds create a weighed out dynamic to the EP; placing this tune in the proper chain of events in the release. Finally Thebes - an ancient Greek Tribal-House track - carefully designed percussion's are layered with a thick, dense rubber base element and a occasional fills of filtered out vocal snippets keeping the listeners attention while accentuating a dangerous groove build up.
