With many of the older, reggae artists going underground, due to age or whatever, and the majority of the younger generation taking on the hip-hop, dancehall, and rap music mentality, this soothing, clean, fun-loving, rhythmic music of reggae still continue to conquer the globe. Bob Marley was the iconic messenger for this, and now that he is no longer with us physically, others will have to take up the mantle. Thus my contribution to the revival of the `lovers rock' reggae industry, with artist Carl Dawkins, an impeccable singer and performer of the old school. Carl's songs portray the meaningful lyrics of a Bob Marley, the sexiness of a Rod Stewart, and the rawness of a `Toots' Hibbert, all wrapped into one. Reggae will forever reign, as the old hits continue to be played to this day, wherever, whenever, with the inconceivable demand for more from the public at large.
