Grunge rock is alive and kicking in Oslo, Norway. After years of doing mainly live performances, Tainted Souls have now produced their first full album together. The album "Mercury Mind" is packed with solid, naked and honest rock music inspired and influenced by grunge and the sounds of the seventies. The band was formed as the four members found each other more or less by chance, and the rather unique sound was developed through their first years together, and through performing live alone and together with other artists, from up and coming rock-bands to established classical music artists. The sound was "finalized" when they joined forces with proclaimed musical genius and producer Hebert Garcia Silva, and the result is evident on the album.
