GABE LOCC ARTIST, PRODUCER, ENGINEER Gabe Locc is an artist on a mission. “My main goal with my music is to provide real music and give people a break from fantasy rap.” Gabe Locc was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and moved to the East side of San Antonio, Texas at the age of 7. While he always enjoyed writing poetry, it was in high school where he started taking his poems to another level. Gabe Locc has since been on numerous underground albums, including: Royal T Records compilation “ DA Product ”, Treezies “ Package “, Maldo “ 210 compilation” , Mystery (SoSA’s) “ The answer to the Question “, Dirty Redds “Outaline”, Yung Woods “25 hrs”, and many more. He released his first solo album “Main Issue” in 2005, which created a small buzz locally. Gabe Locc has also found a new love which is the actual producing of beats and his album “Thru My Eyes” has several tracks self-produced. Gabe Locc has also found a regular spot on SA Urban’s internet radio top ten list and has had 4 songs in the the top ten, peaking at 2 with his song “Lookout”. “I feel like today’s music is not really benefiting anyone but the artist,” Gabe Locc says. “There’s more to life than material things and for the most part the music of today seems to glorify nothing but that.
