After some experiements with other musical styles Alois Martin Binder, the strangest vocalist Austrias, finally comes back to Hard Rock! Strong, catchy and impossible to fix in a cathegory. So, quite "as usual". Why this introduction? if you ever listened to "In Rock we trust" or "We wanna come home" you will know that there is absolutely nobody witch such a unique voice like this austrian Rock-dinosaur. This means for the listener from the beginning: Love it or hate it. The songs are focussed on Alois voice and reach a deepness we usually don't expect from commercial Hard Rock. This does not mean that it would be progressive stuff or difficult to listen to. No, its VERY catchy but ...different. The musicians of GALLOWS POLE know exactly what they do, so "Revolution" shows us very well produced non-commercial chartbreakers if they would ever come to the charts and a style the band cultivated since 1975. This is something different and we are happy that there are still interesting bands away from the mainstream. GALLOWS POLE don't need to show anyone what they maybe could do. Simply they can do it and everybody has to choose by its own if he likes it or not. So forget about any review good or bad. Try it by your own!
