Rx was formed in the winter of 1983 after a chance meeting in a college music theory class. After several years of the NJ club circuit as a cover band, it was decided that the band would focus on original material. RX's latest release, Stillwater Station is a tour de force of guitar driven instrumental rock. Not your run of the mill rock release , the songs are expertly crafted and truly original. Both guitar players (Sean Haines and Chris Spitzli) studied with Robert Fripp and were members of his "League of Crafty Guitarist's" during the late 1980's. In 1990 Sean went on to work for Al Di Meola as his guitar tech and front of house engineer and then worked at the Power Station in NYC.
