This is Lindsay Tomasic's debut CD originally released in 1996. It is an acoustic album featuring collaborations with songwriter Lisa Rapport and musical contributions from Larry Treadwell, Vicki Randle, Jesse Fitzpatrick, Quinn, Larry Antonino, Joy Julks, Nina Gerber and Stephen Chase. The album was produced by Lindsay, recorded on analog equipment, and mixed and mastered by Harry Maslin. The duet, "Rules Of My Heart", written and sung with Stephan Chase before he lost his battle with cancer in 2002, is one of the most romantic and soulful songs on the album. The song "Breaking Down" was placed in the festival circuit hit film "God, Sex, And Apple Pie" and also on the soundtrack album. "Almost There" and "Breaking Down" were placed on the "Acoustic Earth" sampler CD in 1995 on Sonic Images Records. This is the first release on Datolite Records, Lindsay's own record label. Since then the album Paradise Road (also here at CD Baby) and the CD single "Big World" has been added to the catalog. Later this year, look for the release of a new album on Datolite Records, by TREES. This long awaited album features the band that Lindsay played in from the mid 1970's until the late 1980's. Teamed up with singer/songwriter, Jesse Fitzpatrick and bass player, Randy Tessier, the group was very popular in the midwest. The album will feature 14 all original songs with musical contributions by Johnny Lee Schell, Nicole Falzone, the late and wonderful Linda Martinez (1975-2005), Larry Tuttle, Stefanie Fife, Cris Bleth, Quinn, and Larry Treadwell.
