Mark Swiderski is an independent artist who writes all of his own songs, plays all of the instruments, and also engineers and produces all of his own records. He loves bands like Radiohead, Cocteau Twins, Animal Collective, the Flaming Lips, etc. and makes music inspired by them. "Almost" is his fifth album following 2009's "This Spring". It was recorded off and on in several different locations over the past 5 years. Each song was written, performed, engineered, mixed and produced by Mark with additional drum engineering by Luke Farran. The album artwork was designed by Deborah Pritchard.
