Written by Milen, Luta Rakia has a sleek and sexy sound that marries perfectly American jazz funk groove with an exotic soulful Balkan-style melody and virtuosic solo work by the sax, piano and electric guitar. The title means “strong moonshine” in Bulgarian and just like Milen Kirov's music, it shows a firm connection with his Bulgarian roots.
