The original version of this song, Karma, is from the MOON ep called, appropriately, The MOON EP. The original performers are: Ben Dorcy - vocals, sax; Luke Swart - bass; Ken Cruz - drums, Robin Ray - guitar. For this Red House Mix the only elements that survived from the original are Ben's vocals and sax. The reprogramming, beats and synths were all done by Robin in Cubase 5. That's also Robin rapping in the middle 8 section. Because all of the members of MOON are not heard on this version, there was a new dilemma: should we simply call the project "Ben Dorcy - Karma (Red House Mix)" or "MOON - Karma Red House Mix)?" We opted for MOON since Ben isn't - at least right now anyway - a solo act.
