Payaso born & raised in california, his father was none other than famed cholo artist & magazine editor "teen angel". Growing up in rialto, california payaso was raised in a good home in a strict family environment, however the thrill of the gangster life attracted payaso & by age 15 he was kicked out of high school & had joined up with a notorious local street gang from neighboring san bernardino. At the time his fellow friends & gang memebers were involved in a number of criminal activities & many of his associates were imprisoned & murdered. At age 19 payaso became a father & slowed down his gang activity, instead trying new hobbies such as lowriding & rap music. Due to payaso's business sense & street ties he had risen to fame quickly in his hometown area of the inland empire & while doing car shows & concerts throughout the southwest & with the his website surenorap.
