It was a very tall order to attempt such a heart wrenching song as this, especially when the writer Ryan Adams performed it so beautifully himself. But Karl, Lucy and Denise have together reached into their hearts and with the help of ace guitar / dobro player Jim Hornsby, they’ve created a tender and moving tribute to this acclaimed songsmith. This arrangement stands out as a fine piece of work.
