Kacey Musgraves’ new single “Biscuits” landed at country radio yesterday (March 16), and today sees the release of the track on iTunes. The Grammy-winning Same Trailer, Different Park songbird has been performing the song for the better part of the last year while on the road, but the studio version of the song is, as expected, a much more punchy, upbeat affair. “Biscuits” was written by Musgraves, Same Park co-producer Shane McAnally and 2015 Grammy Best New Artist nominee Brandy Clark. Not only should this ode to life’s lessons be an instant smash at country radio, we can actually picture the song crossing over to the pop airwaves before this upcoming summer is over.
