Skydive
Another 90s band is back. This time is the turn of O-Town. After 10 years of silence, the American boy band formed from the first season of the MTV-produced reality television series Making The Band in 2000 has ready its new single entitled ‘Skydive‘. The original members of the band were Jacob Underwood, Ashley Parker Angel, Erik-Michael Estrada, Trevor Penick, and Ikaika Kahoano. Kahoano left the band several weeks after the band was formed and was replaced by Dan Miller. Estrada and Miller acted as the lead singers. After releasing two albums near the end of the boy band fad of the late 1990s and early 2000s, the group disbanded in 2003. They reformed the band in 2011 as a quartet after Ashley Parker Angel turned down the offer. The single is the first taste of their upcoming third studio album, entitled ‘Lines & Circles‘, scheduled to be released on August 3, 2014 via All About The Melody Records. About the song, Estrada said to MTV: It brings us back to what we are known for; a powerfully produced ballad with equally powerful performances, except this time with a unique request to our fans – ‘Will you take a leap of faith with us? "Skydive" will be released on iTunes on July 27th.
