Tone Poet contains Stephen's arrangements for harp guitar of several beautiful piano classics (Debussy's "Clair De Lune" and Satie's "Trois Gymnopedies"), as well as two other "covers": "New Dawn" (written for Stephen and his wife Nancy by Israeli/Canadian guitarist Itamar Erez ) and "Nantucket Sleighride", the rock classic by Mountain, on which he is joined by his first musical partner (from way back in high school) - singer Keith Maloney. The rest of the music on this collection was written by Stephen - who is as well respected in the world of acoustic guitar music for his compositions as he is for his playing. Try it, you'll like it!
