Backseat Driver (Circle of Love) [Radio Edit]
The music of dr. Kmer & Jimmy Roland is heard in clubs and radio (both internet and mainstream) worldwide. Backseat Driver is the first release from this duo in 2013. Jimmy Roland began his career as a solo artist, nearly three decades ago as a demo artist and moving on to R&B/House/Pop. He does it all (i.e. sings, writes, acts and performs). Jimmy Roland has shared billing with acts such as The Village People, Eddie Money, Sheena Easton Patti LaBelle and so many others. On January 13, 2012, Roland had the honor of meeting his music idol just thirteen days prior to the death of her cousin (Whitney Houston); the legendary Ms. Dionne Warwick. As the two artist said their goodbyes, Ms. Warwick gave Jimmy Roland a pat on his left shoulder as she stated "I'll see 'you later". Jimmy Roland considers that 'touch' as a blessing as since that meeting, some great things has happened in his career. None months after meeting his idol, Roland appeared on a daytime court/reality show that aired nationwide. Several months after that, he licensed his most popular composition entitled 'My Jamaica', to the government of Jamaica for the purpose of rallying Jamaica's Diaspora. Now, Roland is bringing to you new words put to the music of his business partner Paolo Stocchero (aka dr. Kmer), in this sizzling hot Dance track that is already showing signs of becoming another very popular work-of-art from this Los Angeles based artist.
