If anyone's wondering, it's in 5/4... Composed by Danut, "Appleden" came into being in Daytona, Florida, in the summer of 2006. It was initially written for the album "Split" by Seaborn Sun. The song was recently remixed and will be used as intro in Music81 live concerts. The song represents a question - How do I take my knowledge into Heaven? It also symbolizes duality - the imaginary exchange of energy between good and evil, knowledge and ignorance, light and dark, noise and silence. Romanian born Danut Muresan, violinist, recording artist, composer and arranger, born in 1981, had the first experience in music at the age of four when started to play violin. Now with a Master's Degree in violin performance, Danut (pronounced "the-noots") plays with professional symphonic orchestras throughout Florida and has recently started Music81 recording project. The idea is to create a unique experience for the listener - a stunning show, professionally tailored to address multiple stimuli: audio, video and the sense of smell. Shhh... it smells like dark roasted coffee!
